CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to an extremely high volume in cancellations, we are putting in place a strict cancellation policy. This is not only to protect our business but also our Stylists as this directly impacts on their earnings and availability for other customers.

We now require a minimum of 48 hours notice across the board for all cancellations and we will be taking deposits on all bookings a month prior to your appointment.

Deposits are a minimum of £10 cutting services and £20 coloring services, this may differ depending on the time allocated.

Deposits will be non-refundable in failure to arrive to your appointment or give 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Should you move your appointment prior to 48 hours, your deposit will be transferable and deducted from final payment.

Bookings are available online, however Color services must be booked directly. Slick (getslick.com)
